These Terms govern your use of the INVOX application and website operated by 65Medias (Prop. Ambadas Popat Nikam). By creating an account or using INVOX, you agree to them.

1. The service

INVOX is billing and accounting software that helps you create GST invoices, track inventory, record payments and generate reports. It is a tool that assists your compliance — it is not a substitute for professional advice from a Chartered Accountant or tax practitioner.

2. Eligibility and account

• You must be 18 or older and operating a lawful business.
• Your account is tied to your mobile number and is activated by us after subscription.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account. Keep your device and SIM secure.
• An account may be used by your own staff; sharing or reselling access to unrelated businesses is not permitted.

3. Your responsibility for tax accuracy

You alone are responsible for the correctness of the data you enter — GSTIN, HSN/SAC codes, tax rates, place of supply, prices and customer details — and for filing your returns. INVOX computes totals from what you enter; it cannot verify that your inputs are correct in law.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use INVOX to create false, fabricated or misleading invoices.
• Do not attempt to breach, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
• Do not resell, sublicense or redistribute the software.

5. Subscription

Access is by paid subscription, with plans as published on our website. Details of activation, renewal and expiry are in our Subscription & Renewal Policy. Payments are non-refundable once activated — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Availability

We aim to keep INVOX available at all times, and the app is designed to keep working offline. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and cloud features depend on third-party infrastructure and your internet connection.

7. Your data and backups

Your business records belong to you. We provide cloud sync and export tools, but you remain responsible for keeping your own backups. We are not liable for data lost because of device failure, browser data being cleared, or your own deletion.

8. Intellectual property

The INVOX software, name, design and content are owned by 65Medias. Your subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software while your plan is active.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of INVOX is limited to the subscription amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, penalties, interest or tax demands.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached, if payment is not made, or if the service is used unlawfully. You may stop using INVOX at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Baramati / Pune, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; the revised date will appear at the top of this page.
