About Us

65Medias is a media, printing and software business based in Baramati, Maharashtra, run by proprietor Ambadas Popat Nikam. We have spent years working with local shopkeepers, distributors and small manufacturers — printing their stationery, designing their branding, and listening to them complain about their billing software.

Why we built INVOX

Most billing software is built for accountants. Our customers are not accountants. They are people behind a counter who need a correct GST invoice in three seconds, a way to send it on WhatsApp, and a clear picture of who still owes them money.

So we built INVOX: GST invoicing, inventory, payments and reports in one app that works on the phone already in your pocket — and keeps working when the internet does not.

• Quotations, proforma invoices, purchase bills and credit notes.

• Works offline as an installable app, with cloud backup when you are online.

How we work

We keep the product simple and the support human. When you message us, you reach the people who build the software, not a ticket queue. Suggestions from real shop counters have shaped most of what INVOX does today.
